Joni Rose has extensive experience in adult education, corporate training and management. She has developed, administered and led training programs for the Surrey School Board, Douglas College, UBC and various corporate clients since 1989. Her work in co-operative education at Kwantlen University College and Simon Fraser University has helped students become more employable and employers find talent. She has taught career development over the last 14 years to countless students and clients starting their career or making a career transition later in life.

Her ability to motivate and inspire self exploration and career growth has enabled students and coaching clients to reach their full potential.

She understands the minds of creative thinkers and has developed tools that encourage organization, time management and focus.
